Elegant touch!
This piece is beautiful. Very easy to put up but you may need a second pair of hands. Our bath is somewhat traditional with modern edges, so this is just enough of both... not too stuffy and not to hard. We purchased 'Chrome' which has a nice finish. Also, when this was delivered, the rubber stoppers that go onto the end of the rods (prior to assembly), were missing (these keep the rods from spinning once installed). I called Faucet Direct and spoke to someone who would needed to contact the production house. Well, after 3 days and no word, I received an email stating that the stoppers were being sent in the mail! Great customer service!!!

unhappy with lack of quality
I'd like to see these (and many other products) made in 1 solid piece so they don't keep falling apart like this towel bar - sure it's easier and cheaper to ship in small pieces, the end result is a towel bar that falls apart everytime you use it. The allen screw is stripped from trying to tightening it so it stays together - very pretty bar, very non-functional. Will put on the shelf in the garage with all my other "easy to ship pieces" of junk that doesn't work.

High class towel bar
If you could ever call a towel bar gorgeous, this is the one! I chose the Kingsley collection for my bathroom remodel in the oil-rubbed bronze, and couldn`t be happier with it!
