Moen Set
I like the fact that Moen had towel bars and tissue holders to match the faucet set. The Moen faucet isn't my favorite of all the faucets purchased but it's nice to have everything match.

Very satisfied
We purchased this towel bar because it matched the rest of the Kingsley faucet and shower handle. It looks great and installed easily.

Color problem fixed quickly
It's a towel rack, pretty simple. But, it came with templates to mount it to the wall, and all anchors and screws to do so. High quality drywall anchors too.
Also, I had a problem with the color. I ordered and FaucetDirect shipped (as marked on the box) "antique bronze." However, inside the "antique bronze" box the two end posts were NOT "antique bronze," which is NOT a FaucetDirect fault at all. I e-mailed them about it, and they fixed it promptly at no additional cost to me. Also, I just switched out only the wrong color parts, as I already had the mounting brackets installed.

Simple Elegance !
This was an additional purchase made to complement an earlier purchase that included the Moen 270 shower set and several towel bars and a toilet paper bar. Easy installation. Extremely sturdy. Really sets off the new tiled bathroom with a very rich look. I have never been disappointed buying the best. Thanks faucet direct !
