Extremely Happy! Recently replaced all hardware including cabinets in three bathrooms. Purchased all faucets, towel bars, tank levers, cabinet hardware, and toilet paper holders from Faucet Direct. We are extremely pleased with the quality of products and prices we obtained. June 19, 2011

Not The Quality I Thought I am very disappointed in the Moen Toliet handles we have purchased. When we built our house (currently 3 years old), my husband and I agreed to go with Moen products because for the name and I thought the quality. We have 5 toliets in our house and out of the 5 we have had to replace 4 of these handles due to the poor workmanship and poor design that causes these handle to break to easily. We have also had to replace our Moen faucet in the kitchen due to a sprayer that is cracked. This is the second kitchen Moen faucet we have had to replace. I truely love the look, style, and color but would not recommend this type of handle nor any Moen product to anyone. If it wasn't so expensive I would replace all of my Moen products. May 30, 2011

Fit my existing toilet perfectly Great matching accessory to my faucet, paper holder, towel racks (rod and ring) and robe hook for door. This fit my existing American Standard - Champion 4 toilet perfectly and was easy to install (arm adjusts up and down and in and out to accomodate nearly any situation inside the tank). The toilet actually flushes better now than with the handle that came with it originally (lifts valve ball higher and more quickly). Also, much smoother handle operation and return. April 20, 2011

Heavy duty and great chome Purchased a few MOEN products to match my SANTEC products and faucet for my bathroom remodel. These products were to match the faucet that was purchased locally. The MOEN chroming is very heavy. and most local plumbing houses do not cary all entire product line. Fast shipping from Faucet Direct - Will be back - have 2 more bathrooms to remodel. Love it! As per my previous order of Price Pheister products, I was very pleased with my Moen tank lever. Though Price Pheister doesn't make tank lever, the Moen matches very well.
