nice product I chose Moen Eva faucets (and the matching accessories) because Moen is what was there before and I did not want to change the valve in the tub/shower. These accessories (towel bar, towel rings, tissue holder) are much nicer than expected! Nice heavy metal pieces. Also easy to install. I think these are nicer than the Delta accessories (also new) in my master bath. I only need one towel to fit on the bar so the length is not a problem for me. The spec sheet shows the 24" is from center to center on the end posts, not the bar itself. The bar itself is hollow and lighter weight, unlike the end posts which are solid heavy metal, but I wouldn't think it would bend under the weight of a wet towel. August 4, 2011

Beware of measurement We purchased this along with other Moen Eva fixtures as part of our transitional master bathroom remodel. Our former towel bars were also 24 inchers, and the bar part was a full 24 inches, so we managed to fit 2 standard sized bath towels on them (not the huge ones). This bar's "24 inch" measurement must include the decorative ends. The bar itself is less than 22 inches and could definitely not fit 2 towels on it. Disappointing b/c they are attractive and they match our other Moen Eva fixtures. We now are going to purchase two of the other 24 inch Moen bars that are compatible with the Moen 30" bar-only product. July 16, 2011

Nice Wide Towel Bar for Small Spaces I purchased this 24" inch satin nickel towel bar for a small bathroom where the distance between the tub and the toilet was closer than normal. I liked the rounded ends which would keep someone from poking themselves should one bump against it. The slender size of the tubing is thin enough to add a light touch to the decor. May 22, 2011

Only purchased because I wanted to match faucets We chose Eva faucets as an upgrade for our new home. thinking the towel bars would also match, unfortunately they did not. I had to purchase the Eva bars and rings and install myself. Of course, none of that stuff is worth what they charge you. They are very light weight. If I had known my upgrade did not include the towel bars I would not upgraded to this model. Faucet Direct was a great company to deal with. Credit for my returns was prompt. November 4, 2010

does Moen make a 24" double "eva" towel bar?

A. The Moen Eva collection does not have a 24" double towel bar. This collection only has single towel bars.

Can the towel bar be cut down to adjust the length?

A. With the design of this line it is possible to cut down the bar; however we would want to make sure that you are aware that this would invalidate the warranty on the product.

How can you take them off the wall?

A. The Moen YB2824 is attached to the mounting bracket with a set screw through the base. You would simply need to loosen this set screw to remove item from the wall.

Is there another 24" towel bar that is of better quality that will match the "Eva" collection. We like this collection but agree that the towel bar leaves a lot to be desired.
