Does this hold the double-sized paper rolls or only single rolls?

The Moen DN5075 has a depth size total of 2 3/4" to measure the double roll of toilet paper against. It has an interior depth from holder to back of 1 3/4".

What size is this?

The Moen DN5075 tissue paper holder measures 6-1/4" square. The wall opening needs to be 5-1/4" square.

Does Moen 575 come in brushed nickel?

The Moen DN5075 does hold a standard size roll of toilet paper.

Is this plastic? Is it solid and does it attach with screws or only grout?

The Moen DN5075 is made of die-cast brass. The roller is plastic and spring loaded. This model also attaches by screws.

Is it porcelin glazed

The Moen DN5075 is not porcelain glazed.
