I need a handle that goes up and down and side to side what should I use

This shower handle rotates it does go up and down to turn on and off. This trim is a good choice. It allows you to control the temperature by rotating right to left.

I would like to replace the plastic knob. Can I do that separately?

The Delta T13022 is going to use model number RP20542, for the replacement knob. You may also need item number RP6369, which is a replacement screw.

Is this available with a different style of handle or knob?

The Delta T13022 is part of the Delta Classic Collection. This same fixture can be purchased with a metal lever, and the part number for that fixture is Delta T13020.

Can you get this shower faucet hardware in brushed nickel?

The Delta T13022 is only available in chrome.

does this handle move side to side and up and down

The Delta T13022 does move up and down and side to side to control temp and volume.

I have this delta looking faucet now it was installed in 2000 and I want to change it to Delta T14038-RB with just the trim kit not changing the valve can I do that??

The Delta T13022 does also require the rough in valve, R10000-UNBX for installation.

My Delta valve was installed in 1991. It seems i cannot simply change the knob without changing the valve. How do i remove the valve from within the wall?

We need to determine what you have. Firstly, if it says "monitor" then there will be a small series number underneath the handle on the plate. Secondly, how do you turn the water on? If you push the handle up and go left for hot and right for cold or do you just twist it? If it pushes up, it's a 600 series which you can get a trim kit for (part No. RP54870). If it just twist, then where are you trim screws? If they are at 1 and 7 o'clock then you probably have a 1400 or 1300 series, which you don't need to change the valve for. If it's at 5 and 7 o'clock, then you don't want this because then it's a 1600 series and you will have to go behind the wall.

is there any completed shower/faucet set i can used with R10000-unbxt rough in

This accepts single, dual, or dual thermostatic cartridge. Any Thermo static trims with the MultiChoice system will work.

can you adjust the scald guard temperature on this model faucet

The Delta T13022 does not have an adjustable scald guard. You can adjust the temperature of the water coming into the house however through the water heater.

Can you get this in brushed nickel?

I have what looks like the Delta T13022 in my shower now, it was installed in 1992. Would it have been installed with the R-1000 valve? I would like to replace the handle with a H715, is this possible with the 1992 valve and trim I have now? if not can you please tell me what I need to order. Thank You!

Unfortunately, the valve behind your current model will not work with the new T10322 Pressure Balanced Valve Trim. Delta changed their valves a few years back, so if it is older then 7 years, you will need a new valve. The recommended valve for this trim is the R10000-UNBX.

I would like to just replace the plastic knob. Can I get that separately?

The plastic knob for Delta T13022 is available separately and is the Delta H71.

Most of the trim kits I found are about an inch deep (plate edge to center). Mine looks about three inches deeper in the center than the edge of the plate. Is there a trim kit for this size?

The Delta T13022 is about an inch that the escutcheon bends in to the handle. RP21633 has a deep escutcheon plate, however it is just about 2 1/2" deep.

will this knob fit the R10000-unbxt rough in
