Does the pullout part have a magnetic catch?

The Vigo VG02008 is just a retracked pullout. There is not a magnetic catch.

is there a deck plate available for this faucet?

The Vigo VG02008 does not come with an escutcheon plate.

Is the pull down spray nozzle metal? (most are plastic)

The pull down sprayer for the Vigo VG02008 is metal encased with plastic internal parts.

Does this have a pull-out spray?

The Vigo VG02008 does have a pullout spray. Please see the video on this page.

does this model offer spay and steam flow? if so how is turned on and off

The Vigo VG02008 does not have a dual spray mode. Other kitchen faucets of theirs do if that is what you require.

Does the Aerator screw off?

The Vigo VG02008 has an aerator that will screw off.
