Can the water misting jets be used at the same time as the shower?

The Pulse P1009 diverter only allows for one function at a time. It is only a three way diverter.

Can the misting jets be used with the shower head at the same time?

The Pulse P1009 is a pressure balanced valve for two functions; using one at a time.
