Does the Porcher 30028 (44"wide) come with a two leg ,wall mount version?

No, but there is a smaller (37"w) model, 30018.

Does this have to be secured to the wall?

This vanity is free standing and does not have to be secured to the wall.

Are there any other parts that need to be ordered with this sink to complete the installation?

The Porcher 30028 is sold as a complete item and would only need a P-Trap and supply lines for installation.
