Pivoting Paper Holder from the Banbury Collection 5 5 1 1

Coolest idea ever!!! This thing works awesome. We like it so much better than a "standard" roll holder that has the spring loaded center tube. This one rotates up to take roll on/off. Once in a while guests don't seem to know how though, even though it is very easy, and lifts right up. May 23, 2011
