Do you sell the the diverter valve that you need with this and if so how much is it ?

This trim requires either the 3320 or 3330 valve depending on your connection type.

Do the body sprays rotate

The Moen TS283 does have adjustable body sprays.

Supply line size....will it work with 3/4 inch supply line?

The Moen TS283 has 1/2" inch supply lines.

will the shower head and body sprays work simultaneuosly?

The Moen TS283 is built to be able to operate each function individually as well as simultaneously.

Can a handheld be added to this? Also, the material used for the shower says "Metal" but what kind? Is it brass?

The Moen TS283 is made of brass, zinc and other metals. You can add a handheld, however you would also need to add a diverter valve.
