What are the 3 Rough in Valves that are needed?

The Moen TS275 requires one of the S3371 and three of the S3600.

What rough in valves do you need for this shower fixture?

The Moen TS275 is used with the ExactTemp 4-Valve Set.

Are any of the handles plastic? Do you have a close up photo of the temperature/on/off dial?

There is some plastic on the inside of the handles, but I dont have any other pictures then what is offered on the site.

Can the rain shower hear be placed in the ceiling?

The Moen TS275 shower head can be placed in the ceiling. You will need to have a ceiling mount shower arm.

can you use 1/2 inch supply line with this set up

The Moen TS275 is not recommended for use with a 1/2" supply line as your water pressure would drop fairly significantly as more functions were used.

How do you adjust safety stop overide

The stops are turned by using a screwdriver on the rough in valve.

Are the body sprays stationary or directional?

Can sprays, shower head and hand held all be used simultaneously?

Yes, all the heads on the Moen TS275 can be operated at the same time.

Does the handshower have a massage mode?

The Moen TS275 does not have the massage mode.

are shower head, hand shower, and body sprays controlled separately?

The Moen TS275 does allow for you to turn on and off, and control the water volume for each water feature separately, but the main control knob would control the temperature for all.

What would be the suggested GPM flow rate on a tankless water heater for this shower?

The Moen TS275 shower head and hand shower are 2.5 gpm each. The bodysprays are limited to 1.75 gpm each. With add these all together and we have 12 gpm with everything turned on.

If I were to want to buy an additional handheld unit to coordinate, which one would I buy?

 Moen TS275 set's handheld is the 3867 and a725 wall supply. For the control, you would need the ts3600 and the rough in s3600.
