Beautiful color and function The Moen oil rubbed bronze is the prettiest ORB I have seen - very dark brown with specks in it. We did NOT want black. The piece is also very functional. I would buy again. January 7, 2010

I have a moen chrome single handle shower body, shower head and tub spout can I just change the handle to an oil rubbed bronze handle and shower head and tubspout?

Yes, you can change your chrome Moen T2111 single handle to oil rubbed bronze as long as the handle, tub spout and showerhead you choose works with the valve you already have installed.

What does "Posi-Temp" mean?

The Moen T2111 is posi-temp meaning that to turn it on and control the temperature, you rotate the handle around. Whereas, a Moentrol trim, you pull the handle out to turn the water on and push it in to turn it off.

Contractor says Shower and Roman Tub have been plumbed for Moentrol valve. Can I use a Monetrol trim kit only and choose a different faucet...like the Kingsley trim kit, but Eva faucet?

You can use any Moen trim that uses the Moentrol valve ant it will work, so if you have a Kinglsley and want to switch to an Eva you can do so as long as the valves are the same.

Hello, Is the volume of water flow to shower as well as to the tub regulated by the single level by pulling it out and pushing it in?

The Moen T2111 controls the on and off of the water and the temperature. It does not have a volume control.

what model number rough-in valve is required for this?

This trim requires rough in models: 2510, 2520, 2570, or 2590.
