I have to It was the only flange I could get I think it doesn't look that great in a modern bathroom. If there was a flange without roundings, I would have chosen that one in stead of this. November 20, 2008

is it metal or plastic?

The Moen AT2199 is stamped brass with a finish over it.

Can I get an oversized flange to cover up a ceramic tile mistake? Like 3 1/2"?

The Moen AT2199 is 2 1/2 inch diameter...finding a 3 1/2 inch is going to be a little harder. But I found one! It is the Delta RP34356...It comes in chrome and stainless steel.
