is there a smaller than 7" escutcheon for single handle shower in brushed nickel?

The Moen 97577 is unfortunately the smallest escutcheon for Moen single handle shower faucets.

What is the model # of the replacement valve cartridge that goes with this plate?

The Moen 97577 uses the 1225 cartridge valve.

What is the diameter of the opening?

The Moen 97577 Shower Escutcheon has a 1-1/8" opening.

Is there a larger Escutcheon that is available in Brushed Nickel.

The Moen 97491 Monticello Posi-Temp Escutcheon, which will require use of Moen 163 Part (screws [2] set) is a larger Escutcheon which is available in Brushed Nickel.

What is the diameter of this part & are there other sizes avalible in chrome finish?

The Moen 97577 Escutcheon has a 7" diameter, which is the standard size for all Moen escutcheons except for the Moen T3211 Trim Kit which is approximately 8" wide.
