I have the Moen 3944 soap dispencer and need a long tube to reach to the bottom of cabinet where the bottle will be. Do you have a much longer reservoir or tube?

Moen doesn't have a tube that will do that type of installation on the 3944.

how wide is the opening of the soap bottle? We just need the bottle, not the whole kit, and have been trying various bottles. If we order this and pay for the shipping we want to make sure it fits the threads on the existing (other) parts

The Moen 344113 must be ordered as a kit (and can only be used with Moen products) or throught the warranty department at Moen. The Opening of this bottle is .625".
