Overpriced and rather small. I have to say I was a bit astonished that I could spend over $40 on the lever for the toilet when I was already spending nearly $300 for the toilet. I wanted a lever in oil rubbed bronze. Thought I might have to have a Kohler to work properly with the toilet. If I had to do it over again, I might do a bit more research to find out if another company's lever would work ok and get one that's a bit larger and less expensive. Functionally, it works fine. The plumber installed it, so I can't say if that was easy or difficult. September 6, 2011

looking for a brushed bronze lever like this..will it fit on my american standard tank

A. The Kohler K-9470-L is available in Brushed Bronze and can accommodate most left handed tanks. We can't, however, guarantee that it will work perfectly with a different major brand such as American Standard. If you do purchase and find out it doesn't work, we will happily setup a return.

Will this fit on my American Standard tank? We only need the handle and lever

A. This particular fixture is specified for both one and two piece toilets and should be able to accommodate any left handed tanks, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if it will work on another major brand. If you purchase and it cannot work correctly, we will be happy to issue a return provided it hasn't been installed.
