"The collar came lose and in a couple of days the handle broke off and it cost me $107 to repair it. However that night the collar came lose again and the handle spins around. The repairman suggested replacing it with a Grohe."

"The pullout spray head on this faucet in my kitchen will not stay clipped to the faucet neck. It dangles and doesn't look very sharp. This was an expensive faucet and I never thought a Kohler would do this! I am concerned that it will get worse with use."

"I am very pleased with the service, price, and faucet.
The faucet came the next day, the price was 1/2 of what I could have done in Canada, and the faucet works and looks fantastic. It has much more pressure than the old one and although it is twice as high, it doesn't look overbearing. Perhaps because of the streamline look and dark color. The oil brushed bronze is not the color in the picture though. It is really quite black.I was disappointed in this aspect originally but I am now used to the color . I will definitely buy through Faucet Direct again."

"We ordered and received this faucet. The quality was very nice, however, the oil rubbed bronze was very dark, almost black. We decided to return it for the nickel and are very happy with the replacement.
Service was great and exchanging for the nickel was a very easy transaction."

"Great looking and awsome function. When we started our kitchen renovation I hadn't even looked into faucets and was a little surprised at the expense. We were determined to get a great faucet and we did! Had to get use to it at first and were questioning our choice but after a week we knew we had nailed it. We were looking at Grohe since it was the name that is really hot right now but it wouldn't have been available on time and I'm happy for it!!!! We were told by our town plumbing inspector that it was a really great faucet. The Grohe that we were going to buy was the same money and their lower end product but this is Kohler's top of the line and it certainly feels and looks like that."
