Good Product...Great Company! This elongated toilet seat is exactly what I wanted. The only problem is the color, a little lighter than expected. The website picture looked a little darker than in real life. As far as the ordering process, dealing with customer service and delivery, I am very satisfied. Is this toilet seat quiet-closing? Quick release?

A. The Kohler K-4659 is not slow closing nor quick release. You might want to consider the K-4636 which is both quiet close and has the quick release function.
