does this toilet come with a seat?
No, the seat does not come included. You will need the K-4650 or the K-4636.
what soft close seat model # should I order for K-3818? Is Siphon Jet flush system better than Gravity flush system?
The Kohler K-3818 is compatible with the K-4733 soft close seat. Siphon jet is a more powerful flushing system so it will keep bowls cleaner while being louder at the same time.
What is the difference(s) between the 3818 & 3819?
The Kohler K-3818 and the K-3819 have slightly different designs to them. If you look at the two tank lids you can see a difference.
