does it includes the seat? what is the difference between this toilet and K-3453 and K- 3451 ?Thank you.

The Kohler K-3813 includes the seat. The difference between the K-3453 and the K-3451 are the designs. The K-3453 is the Stately design and the other is the Classic design.

What are advantages of one piece over 2 piece toilets?

The main advantage is in how the toilet looks and cleanability purposes. They will function the same.

Does it have a quiet self closing seat

The Kohler K-3813 can use any elongated Kohler quiet close toilet seat. K-4748 is one for example.

Do you carry toilets with 18 inch high seats

Unfortunately the highest bowl height I was able to find was 17.63 inches. It is the Toto MS614114CEFG.
