does this toilet have the K-4492 tank ?

The Kohler K-3509 uses the K-4491 tank.

The ice gray color says discontinued, what model # replaces it and is there a difference

The Kohler K-3509 is discontinues in ice gray. The K-3817 is still available.

K-3509 and K-3532 have same height measurements yet one itech specs 3509 says yes to comfort height and 3532 says no. Explain. I do not want a comfort height toilet so this is importantsone is

They are both 16.5" tall to the bowl. They are both considered comfort height. I apologize for the confusion and the typo. It is being corrected.

What is the diggerence between the K-3509 and K3511 models

The two toilets have a slightly different design to the tanks. The Kohler K-3509 is the classic design and the K-3511 is the stately design. They are functionally the same.
