Rialto® One-piece Round-Front Toilet with Seat and Left-Hand Trip Lever 2.9 5 9 11

TRICK or Treat. This is a nice looking product , but looks are not everything. I've had this Rialto for 10 years and it needs a larger diameter exit flow. I tried to order replacement parts and Kohler only has a conversion kit(84499) that converts it to a tank float valve unit for $100.One of the reasons I bought the unit was that it didn't come stock with the tank ball. Now after 10 years I have to buy the stupid tank ball and it doesn't work well. I am not a plumber, So I guess I need a plumber to tweak it to flush well.It keeps running and the flapper catches on the tank ball , even with an extended shank. If it needs a conversion it, that tells me that it is a poor design. Why can't Kohler make a decent replacement tank valve exactly like the original? I may be looking at another manufacturer for what I need. October 31, 2011

Attractive fixture Purchased in Sandbar (checked out color options at a local supply house). This is the smallest, modern looking, and attractive toilet with a front to back depth. It was installed so a door would clear the front edge. Delivery was quick... quicker than if I had ordered from a major national plumbing supply house. Not that good Very small and uncomfortable seat. It almost feels like a child seat. December 4, 2010

Flushing action Even at the 1.6 gal level, flushing action is poor. Depending upon the nature of the use, most times, 2 flushes are required. I would have paid extra for a power flush, but it was not offered in the design, color that I needed. October 21, 2010

defective This toilet did not show up the defect in the bowl till about a year ago. bought it in Aug. of 1997. Inside the bowl are hairline cracks that show up as if the toilet was dirty. It will not come clean with any product on the market. April 24, 2010

Worst Toilet Ever This toilet was recently installed in our home. I HATE IT. 1. The toilet is so low to the ground that trying to stand up after using it seems like a workout. This toilet is not elder friendly in the least. 2. The pressure is low for flushing -- you almost always have to flush twice. 3. If any parts need to be replaced you have to order the Kohler part and wait for it to come in. The parts from hardware stores--even if they say they fit Kohler All-in-One models--do not work. And who wants to wait 4-7 days to get their toilet to work again? I do not recommend this model at all. January 26, 2010

Poor flush pressure This toilet is nice and well made, but the low flow flush capacity does not thoroughly evacuate the contaminates using the single flush option, leaving a distinctive smell. I am considering replacing the toilet just for this reason. September 26, 2009

The Kohler K-3386 is measures 25.25" from the back of the product to the front.

does this toliet come in a high rise?

The Kohler Rialto has not been produced in a Comfort Height version as of now.

I am trying to locate flushing mechanism replacement parts-how can I discern which Kohler low profile toilet I have?

Usually there is a model number inside the tank located on the water line.

What is the part number for the rtoliet seat assembly and where can I buy one?

The Kohler K-3386 includes the K-4663 toilet seat. You can purchase it on our site.

Does the K-3386 come in 20" bowl height version?

Unfortunately there is not a 20" model available for the Kohler K-3386. However there is the Kohler K-3597 which has a bowl height of 16.5" or the Schon SCCTRF which has a bowl height of 15.5".
