Santa Rosa One Piece Elongated Toilet with 12" Rough In 4.6 5 5 7

Very Poor I purchased two of the Santa Rosa's recently to replace early water restricted toilets that had issues on flushing. The Santa Rosa flush ratings are represented as being excellent. Unfortunately, real experience does not bear this out. We have had about the same plunging issues with them as the old ones. Dealing with Kohler on suggestions was worthless. I have given up and will replace them with TOTO's in the future. August 31, 2011

What an improvement When we moved to this house 14 years ago, it was brand new and our plumber suggested putting a more upscale toilet in the master bedroom's bathroom which is quite large. I wasn't happy with it, that's why I decided I wanted a Kohler. I love the shape of this one and also the way it flushes. I think it looks spiffy and it's a major improvement over the one we had. Great Toilet Kohler's best flushing system is the Ingenium, which this toilet has. Class V and Class VI were developed after Ingenium, but I have tried toilets with these flushing systems and they do not compare with the Ingenium. The Santa Rosa is a great value for a one-piece toilet, and being a compact elognated design, looks nice yet fits in a small powder room. September 11, 2009

does this toilet really come with a seat? is there a soft close seat to match this toilet?

The Kohler K-3323 is not included with a seat. A recommended Quiet Close seat would be the Kohler K-4636.

What does a 12" Rough In mean? How do I establish what I need?

For toilets, rough in means how far away from the wall the outlet in the floor is. For a 12" rough in, the outlet is 12" away from the wall. The description and layout are actually drawn out as well in the Installation guide offered on the product page. Thanks!

Can I use Kohler trip lever K-9451 (from the Kathryn Collection) with this toilet?

The Kohler K-9441 is the only trip lever meant to go with the K-3323.

Does this have an easy clean finish such as the American Standard Everclean?

The Kohler K-3323 doesn't have a system like American Standard's, "Everclean". It doesn't incorporate any additives into the piping.

Is the Brevia seat a cheap thin plastic seat that comes with some toilets. I have gotten seats with other toilets and had to replace as they were so flimsy

Is this an ADA height or can I get it in that height?

The Kohler K-3323 is not ADA Compliant.

is this a comfort hight?

The Kohler K-3323 is not comfort height, it is only 15" tall.

Can you change the trip lever to right side?

The Kohler K-3323 is able to have the trip lever on the right hand side, however the plumbing will all still be located on the left hand side.
