PERFECT AND GREAT TO INSTALL This was a replacement, which matched perfectly. The installation was very easy compared with the previous method from 11 years ago. Company service was just great too! July 15, 2011

Delivery great, Facet runs slow Faucet Direct did a great job - price was good, delivery was fast, great experience. The negative is that once installed, the faucet runs slower than my old faucet, which was exactly the same model. Kohler changed the tubing, and the new model is not as good as the old one. If someone is taking a shower, only a trickle comes out. May 27, 2011

Quality Product I have been very happy with the Kohler K-16109-4 (faucet). It was purchased for a one-on-one replacement for a similar product and I actually like this one better as it has a bit lower profile as far as sticking above the sink is concerned. One thing that is important is proper installation; make sure your plumber uses a sealant between the granite top and the handle metal to prevent rusting underneath the sink. I do recommend this product. May 22, 2011

AWESOME !!! I am in love with Kohler products! Whenever I need to purchase sinks, faucets, commodes, tubs, etc. I look for the Kohler name. I know the item will be beautifully designed, well made, and durable. This faucet that I purchased for our new Kohler kitchen sink is NICE! NICE! NICE!
