Can you have the fixed nozzel and the hand held nozzel on at the same time?

What is the maximum and minimum height of the rainshower head in this unit? My husband and I have very different height requirements.
The Jacuzzi EC33 is the height adjustment is going to have a 5" range of movement. They suggest if the person is over 6'8 they are going to want to mount the shower panel higher then the suggest height.
Can the Shower Head and Body Jets be used at the same time? If not, do any of your models have Shower Head & body jets?
No, the diverter does not allow for shared functions. You can only have one function going at a time.
Is the shower head adjustable so that it sprays out, and not just down? How about the EC30 and EC31 models?

A temp check spout is not truly a tub spout. It has a low flow rate of 1.69 gpm and would not be a good option to fill a tub.

The Jacuzzi EC33 panel comes with a shower diverter to control the flow of water between the water features.

You cannot use the body spray and shower head at the same time. With the diverter knob you have 3 functions: 1. hand shower 2. over head shower 3. body sprays.

The Jacuzzi EC33 is 55 7/8" high as a unit and can be installed however high off the floor you wish to meet your optimum height for function. Your installer should be able to advise a proper height recommended for your installation.
This system does not give me any force in the shower and massaging jets. What can I do?
You may not have adequate water pressure. I would recommend purchasing a booster pump to increase your pressure.
