There are two reasons your order may encounter a shipping charge:
- The items in your cart do not meet the minimum requirement for free shipping prior to tax. Orders over $99.00 automatically receive Free Shipping! Items that are eligible are those that can be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping and are shipped within the US, to the 48 contiguous states.
- Your order contains item(s) which are to large and/or heavy for UPS or FEDEX to carry. The order must be shipped to you via LTL freight. Freight items include but are not limited to the following items: vanities, toilets, tubs, shower receptor, shower doors, shower modules, pedestal sinks, and cast iron sinks. These items are identified at time of purchase as your shopping cart will show shipping method LTL freight after zip code has been entered. Items that need to be shipped via a LTL Freight carrier qualify for free shipping at $2,500.
We are sorry we are not able to ship to ship outside the continental US at this time. If you are able to provide us with a continental U.S. address, such as a relative or freight forwarder, we can ship your order to this address and then you can forward the shipment on to your address.
We no longer ship large and/or heavy items to Hawaii or Alaska. It proves to be very expensive and many items become lost or damaged during transit. If you are able to provide us with an address in the lower 48 contiguous states, such as a relative or freight forwarder, we can ship your order to this address. From there your shipment can be forwarded on to your address.
Ground service to these destinations makes it difficult for us to anticipate shipment time, delivery dates and it is common for items to arrive damaged. We feel that this level of service is not good enough for our customers. Second Day Air service allows us to ship your order within 48 hours, delivery dates are anticipated by the shippers tracking number and product generally arrive in good condition. In most cases products arrive to their destination in prominently 2-4 business days from the date they leave the warehouse.
When selecting your items please be aware of product processing times. Processing times are located on all product pages to the right of the green “Add To Cart” button and can vary from 1-2 business days to 6-8 weeks. Processing times may change depending on the finish you are selecting.

Please note processing times are separate from shipment/transit times. Please select your shipping method accordingly. By adding the processing time to the shipping method you select, you will be able to calculate the estimated time it should take for your shipment to arrive.
Once your item(s) have shipped, your online account will be updated and you will be e-mailed with your package(s) tracking number(s). Tracking number(s) will be available 48 hours after the time your item(s) have been shipped. For an estimated time of delivery for your package(s) simply log on to www.ups.com or www.fedex.com and enter your tracking number(s). The carrier will give you details as to where your package(s) are in transit and estimated delivery date.
If you are not home at the time of your delivery it is up to the discretion of the driver as to whether or not they leave the package. LTL shipments will call you 24 hours in advanced to schedule a delivery appointment with you as your order is too large and valuable to be left at the delivery location.
In order to help you choose items that are in stock we offer you “Live Inventory” feeds on a large selection of products in a number of finishes. This live feed is available on the product display page.

To ensure all your items are in stock try shopping our “Quick Ship” category where all items are in stock and ready to ship.* If “Live Inventory” is not available on your product please feel free to contact our customer service team and they will be happy to do a quick stock check for you. You may also place your order and we can email you to let you know the item(s) expected ship date. *Processing times apply.
Ground and air shipments are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. Our warehouse alternates pickups between these two carriers in order to ship your order as quickly as possible. When your package(s) are ready for shipping it will be picked up by the next available carrier. We are not able to specify one carrier over another for your shipment. LTL freight orders are typically shipped via USF Carriers, Conway Freight, and Estes Express. Other LTL freight carriers may be used depending pickup availability by the carrier.
To help keep shipping and freight costs low your order will be sourced to the warehouse closest to you. We currently have access to ship from any one of our 10 warehouses. In the event that your item(s) are not in stock at any of our warehouses we may be able to drop ship your item(s) directly from the Manufacturer and have it shipped directly to you. Our shipping fees are based on the quantity of items being ordered, not the weight of the item(s). A single item may ship from $5.99 using our Super Saver shipping method. Any additional items ship for $0.99 more. UPS or FEDEX ground orders that have a subtotal of $99.00 or more may qualify for free shipping. LTL freight shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the container needed to ship an item safely. Orders totaling over $2,500.00 qualify for free LTL freight shipping.
