Does this faucet come with the complete drain assembly? Where do you purchase the base plate that is noti included with this faucet?

The Hansgrohe 32040 Lavatory Faucet includes a standard drain assembly. Escutcheon Plate 06490 should work with this fixture.

Is this faucet low lead compliant? i.e. can it ship to CA?

Hi, does this faucet have a traditional aerator or is the flow 'glassy' and transparent like the Grohe models?

The Hansgrohe 32040 has a standard aerator. They are not related to Grohe, so their parts will differ.

How is this faucet different from the Grohe 34 270 (Concetta Series)?

The Hansgrohe 32040 has a different lean that the 34 270. They are also different sizes and use different cartridges

There doesn't seem to be a matching tub spout (brushed nickel) to complement this faucet?

The Hansgrohe 14413 & 14414 are the matching tub spouts for the S collection

My granite countertops are thicker than the 1.625" max thickness listed in the tech specs. Is a "thick deck installation" kit available for this faucet model?
