Can this towel bar be shortened to 10"

The Delta 75118 is fixed dimension towel bar, it cannot be adjusted.

What makes this item ADA compliant?

The Delta 75118 is ADA compliant because it does not extend off the wall more than Four inches.

Is the stainless finish the same as the Brilliance Stainless finish?

The Delta 75118 brilliance stainless is the same as stainless.

This towel bar can't be used as a grab bar can it? I know it is ADA compliant, but am I to assume it is to be used only as a towel bar, not a grab bar?

The Delta 75118 cannot be used as a grab bar, because it is not designed to hold a person's weight.
