Just what we needed Bought a new kitchen faucet locally to replace old one...but the air gap on the old one was chrome and no bronze air gaps were available. Now it is perfect. April 29, 2011

This is junk The stainless cover looks good. The PVC vent underneath is another issue. The PVC nut that holds the vent in place is not strong enough plastic, or the threads are not cut deep enough. The nut just stripped out with a minimal amount of force applied. I tightened it by hand, and just the weight of the dishwasher drain hose (small side-ways pull) was enough to push the nut down stripping the threads. I could not use any of the PVC parts. Don't waist your money on this. April 23, 2011
