Best Service Ever Our third or fourth purchase from FaucetDirect....this our fourth faucet of the same type purchased from this online retailer. The faucet is excellent shows really well...I won't buy from anyone else. I accidentally ordered the wrong handles, they took them back, no questions asked. I ordered a discontinued product, that I needed, from another online retailer...they sent me the wrong product, plus the item was broken. Great product. This was exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a faucet set that would match the shower head/knob/tub faucet my plumber had already installed in the same bathroom. what is the corresponding tub/shower parts?

The Delta T14478-LHP is the appropriate tub and shower trim for the Leland collection.

How do I remove the stem unit, I have removed the clip, however, it will not move.

On the Delta 3578LHP remove the handle and then the bonnet nut, which you can then pull straight up on the stem/cartridge unit.

what does a "50/50" pop up drain mean...as opposed to a metal - or are they the same
