It was my understanding that the Brilliance Stainless finish would have few spots, hopefully spotless. It is not. Water splashes on the faucet make spots. June 2, 2011

Good Choice! The faucet looks great installed with the hard surface counter tops and undermounted sink! The faucet does splash a little but I don't mind it too much. That is the only thing holding me back from rating the faucet with 5 stars. I love the magna lock feature on this product! This is a good product and I highly recommend it. May 9, 2011

Does the pull-out spray have a "pause" feature?

The Delta 19922-SD-DST does not include the drain assembly. You either need a flange for disposal or a basket strainer and flange.

The Delta 19922-SD-DST has a hose constructed with a nylon mesh on the outside and a rubber hose on the inside.

When it is in spray-mode...will in stay in spray for the next time you turn it on?

The Delta 19922-SD-DST is not a locking spray. It allows for temporary boosts to 2 gallons per minute and then releases to the lower flow rate when released.

can you get this faucet with out the soap dispenser

The Delta 19922-SD-DST is not sold without the soap dispenser. While you are paying for the item with the faucet, it does not need to be installed. Please let us know if you have other questions.

How long is the pull-down hose and what does Touch Clean mean?

The Delta 19922-SD-DST had the touch sensor - you touch the faucet when the handle is in the "on" position and you are capable of tapping the faucet to turn on and off without touching the handle.

What is Diamond Shield Technology?

The Delta 19922-SD-DST can be installed with or without the escutcheon plate. You will want to make sure your counter is not thicker than 2.5" though.

The Delta 19922-SD-DST spray button will lock into place. Turning the water on is one pulling the handle down and then forward and back for hot and cold.

how do i take the soap pump off to refill it?

The difference between the 2 different faucets depends on the models that you are looking at. Some have different flow rates being more water efficient. The size of the faucets are different same as the actual look or deign of the faucets. Other than that they are very similar.
