Decolav sink/installation problem The sink arrived yesterday and it's beautiful. We can hardly wait to install it. Problem is, we will have to wait another week or so while we order the mounting ring that didn't come with it. Further, on the faucet direct web site, no information is provided that the ring is necessary. Here we sit for another week, waiting for the ring! March 3, 2011

What faucet and other pieces go with this sink/ 1000T 17" frosted glass sink

A. The DecoLav 1000T would look nice with Jado 831/701 and DecoLav 9298.

There is a blockage in the sink line, and we cannot remove the drain cover by turning it. Are special tools and/or technique required?

A. The DecoLav 1000T does not require any special tools to remove the drain cover. You can call Decolav @ 5612742110 and they can help you trouble shoot.

The frosted glass outside has become spotted with water and soap drops that won't come off. What is the best cleaning method?

A. The DecoLav 1000T is going to need Windex is the best cleaning method. The manufacture said not to use a product with to much chemicals in it. If you have any other questions I will be happy to help.

Can this sink go with any other pedestal vanity other than DecoLav 3500T
