Can the opening of the towel ring be reversed? Regarding both the towel ring and toilet tissue holder: Do the ring/holder parts swing freely or are they stationary?

A. Thank you for your question both the Danze towel ring and tissue holder. Both swing freely and can be reversed by loosening the set screw and reassembling.
