Direct fit - slow delivery The product() that I purchased for the restrooms in my office were exactly what I need to replace the original equipment. Unfortunately it took weeks for the parts to arrive and I ended up with 2 stalls closed during that time. April 18, 2011
piece of junk This item did not fit the toilet for which it is made. I was quite dismayed to find that it was made of cheap plastic instead of the metal that I was expecting. Had there been a full description of it on the ordering site, I would never have ordered it. I procrastinated too long in returning it, so now I'm stuck with a useless item, and the handle that was installed with the toilet continues to fall off regularly. Not impressed! September 12, 2009
