Hard to find in stores I was very happy to find this toilet seat. it's very hard to find in the stores. The picture shows metal hinges but in fact, it comes with the correct plastic ones. This is the original seat that came with the Town Square toilet, so it fits perfectly. I ordered it in bone. The color matched perfectly. What I was surprised by was how poorly it was packed. The toilet seat was practically falling out of the flimsy box. It was barely taped with no packing. Before I opened it, I expected to find it all scratched and dinged up. For some reason it was in good shape. Facet Direct was lucky...this certainly could have been a send-back. Some employee didn't do his/her job. I was happy with the product but not happy that I may have had to send it back..no-one wants that hassle. October 5, 2011
